Choti Si Baat
Arun is a shy accountant in Bombay who dreams of romancing Prabha. While Arun twiddles his thumbs, the ever suave Nagesh steps into the picture with his charming ways. Arun takes up coaching lessons from romance specialist, Julius Nagendranath to win Prabha back. Choti Si Baat is one of the funniest Hindi films of the 70s and a nostalgic favourite for its quirky take on congested Bombay. The film established Amol Palekar as having an uncommon comic talent for playing mousy characters, a role he would repeat several times in his career.
