Synopsis

It's love at first sight when Madhav Shastri (R. Madhavan) first sets his eyes on the beautiful Reena Malhotra (Diya Mirza). In his second encounter with Reena, Madhav finds out that she is betrothed to Rajiv. Madhav impersonates Rajiv and they fall in love.

Rajiv (Saif Ali Khan) who is settled in the US and is Madhavâs mate from college, comes to India to marry Reena. Reena is shocked to find out that Madhav is not Rajiv. She decides to let her parents go ahead with the arranged marriage with Rajiv.

Maddy is devastated and he confronts Reena, but Reena refuses to have anything to do with him.
