Synopsis

Ganesha (Jaggesh) is a bachelor deep in debt. He has inherited his ancestral property from his father to whom he had made a promise to not sell it under any circumstances.

Ganesha's debts puts him under immense pressure to sell the property to raise the money he needs. However, his dead father appears as a ghost to create bottlenecks for the sale.
