Biography:

• Mallika Sherawat, born Reema Lamba, has acted in Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, and even a Chinese film.

• Mallika debuted in a small role in Jeena Sirf Mere Liye in 2002, but came to the attention of the public in 2003 for the film Khwahish.

• In 2005 Mallika was in the Chinese film The Myth, acting opposite Jackie Chan.

• Mallika has also had some Hollywood experience, acting alongside Irfan Khan in the movie Hisss, which was presented at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010. She was also in the film Politics of Love, a film also presented at Cannes in 2010.

• Sherawat has even received Honorary Citizenship of Los Angeles for her achievements and charitable efforts.
